  • Leads and manages digital teams as well as other Project Managers and Coordinators.
  • Works closely with the senior management team to establish process and pm efficiencies
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate cross-projects activities
  • Act as a leader and mentor in the office and amongst the team
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Resolve project higher scope issues
  • Work with client and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop Digital solutions by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables; preparing installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions
  • Implement Digital solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members’ concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments
  • Assure quality Digital solution by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation
  • Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
  • Provide project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Update job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Help lead and mentor the PM team as needed
  • Assist with on boarding or training new PM team members
  • Prepare reports for program directors
  • Establish Digital project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject- matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and initiating corrective actions
  • Works with client and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements
  • Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends


  • Min 4-5 Years Digital Project Management experience
  • Program Management experience in a Digital Agency preferred
  • Experience managing teams and establishing process
  • Experience with web, mobile, and social development practices
  • Deep understanding of marketing landscape including experiential, digital and social media and proven success establishing business within these areas
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to pitch new business to senior level decision makers
  • Knowledge of UX Design, Digital Design, and web programming
