When one of North America’s biggest coffee brands asked us to refresh their Canadian digital property, we were ready! Updating required our best talents on both the front and back end of the website but we built a plan and (s’cuse the pun) ground it out.

The Idea

Operating under a tight timeline, we updated with a fully responsive design that included improved user experience, new content and optimization, as well as campaigns and promos to introduce Keurig’s exciting new look and feel to the world.

The new responsive design had a huge effect on transactions. On desktop and tablet, conversion rates increased a healthy 30% and 17% respectively but mobile conversion rates increased over 250%. Ultimately, purchase flow was greatly improved and Keurig was able to engage higher-value customers – all in time for their busiest sales season!
